The following is a fairy tale illustrations Cindelaras derived from Central Java,Indonesia. Let's examine the steps to create illustrations and settlement of these pictures made with pencils and finished with colored pencils.

Step 1:

We make preliminary sketches, starting with the main object that will let us draw. at firststart with a pencil graffiti to be smooth (thin), if an error occurs not too often let thegraffiti removed wrong until we finish our sketches.

step 2:

If you are confident with your object, you can begin to color it, thinking about an appropriate image for your background object, the staining technique just as in thetechnique of sketching, namely with gentle strokes, and at a later stage we canstrengthen the color. Any dye that you use either pastel, color pencil, watercolor or oilpaint, start with color thin and young color first,

Step 3:

After the second step is completed, we just proceed to step three: making the background objects, for the background we do not have to choose the object of a crowd like that I demonstrated, but you can choose other alternatives, for example bygiving you a background object with color harmony, which created gradations of color or flat.

step 4:

Our final step is to color the background object, if all objects are colored, we canstrengthen the object with a permanent marker so that objects appear much moreprominent, but you do not memggunakan black color to make the dark-light effects,because the black color will make your images less results nice, the colors becomeless unified and visible effects of burns.
